Causey Dance Team State Champions

The Causey Dance Team competed at the National Dance Alliance State Competition on January 10. For the third year in a row, the team brought home the state championship in both Pom & Hip Hop divisions. The team was also awarded the Innovative Choreography award in the Pom division. #threepeat #CDT

 

25-26 Causey Yearbooks - $40

Time is running out to pre-order your 25-26 Causey yearbook. Pre-order is the only way to guarantee a copy. Yearbooks are $40. ORDER ONLINE with the QR code. Students can purchase at school with cash or check made payable to CMS. Bring money to Mrs. Friedrich in P-4 during homeroom. The last day to pay at school is Thursday, March 12, 2026. Online pre-orders end Sunday, March 15, 2026.

8th Grade Yearbook Recognition Ads

The deadline to order your 8th grade student recognition ad is Sunday, February 1, 2026. That's less than 2 weeks away. Don't miss out on celebrating your student for their hard work and success. MCPSS Honor Band

Causey's Honor Band students performed in a concert with other Honor Band students from across the district last Thursday night at Baker High School. Students spent two days at Baker learning the music for the concert. They work hard everyday and strive to be the best. Causey is proud to have the best middle school band in Mobile.

 

Causey Boys Hoops

The Causey Boys basketball team has had an outstanding 25-26 season. Last Thursday the boys defeated Clark-Shaw in the semi-finals with a score of 54 - 32. The boys will face-off against Scarborough for the Championship title this Thursday, January 22 at 6:00PM at LeFlore High School. Tickets are $8 and will be available on GoFan or by cash at the door. The game will also be streamed live on mcpssTV. 

 

Causey Classic Archery Tournament

The CMS Archery Bullseye & 3D teams hosted the Causey Classic this past weekend. Both Causey teams came out on top with 1st Place overall.
