Red Ribbon Leaders

Eighty MCPSS student leaders were recognized as Red Ribbon Leaders during the Drug Education Council's Red Ribbon Leadership ceremony on September 22 at Government Street Baptist Church. #TeamMCPSS is proud to participate in the Red Ribbon program, which promotes the importance of a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Each year, the Drug Education Council invites schools throughout the region to select student leaders to plan school-wide events during Red Ribbon Week (always the last week of October) and a community service project in the spring. The Red Ribbon Leaders also received yard signs to display at their schools. Congratulations!
